Tyrese may have regained 50/50 custody of his daughter, but turns out there were strings attached.
The judge issued a series of conditions, including:
— Neither Tyrese nor Norma Gibson can use corporal punishment in disciplining 10-year-old Shayla.
— Tyrese must take parenting classes focused on appropriate disciplining of his daughter.
— Both Tyrese and Norma must enroll in “high conflict parenting classes.”
— Tyrese and Shayla must enroll in joint therapy with a psychologist. Shayla must also undergo individual counseling.
According to the order, Tyrese has Shayla for both XMAS and New Year’s — and all of his visits with her must be spent in Southern California … until April 30. Norma claimed Tyrese brutally disciplined their daughter, but the judge didn’t buy it.

Pulis moved to West Brom in 2015 after a spell at Crystal Palace, steering the struggling Baggies to survival in his first season.
And under Pulis the club established themselves in the mid-table of the top-flight in the following two campaigns, with 14th- and 10th-place finishes in 2015/16 and 2016/17 respectively.
But in both seasons the team’s form fell away dramatically once survival had been secured, while Pulis’ tactical style was not universally popular with the club’s fanbase.
A poor start to this season has seen the Baggies score just nine goals in 12 matches, winning just twice in that run and not recording a victory in the last 10 games.
And the club acted on Monday, removing Pulis from his position.
In a statement released by the club, chairman John Williams said:
” These decisions are never taken lightly but always in the interests of the club. We are in a results business and over the back end of last season and this season to date, ours have been very disappointing. We would like to place on record our appreciation of Tony’s contribution and hard work during a period of transition for the club which included a change of ownership. We wish him well in his future endeavours.”
Assistant coach Gary Megson will take charge until further notice.

Harry Kane ‘wants to spend entire career at Tottenham’
Tottenham and England forward Harry Kane wants to spend his entire career at the London club, he told Germany’s Bild newspaper on Sunday.
“My aim is to play my whole career only for Tottenham,” Kane, who is reportedly a major transfer target for the biggest European clubs but whose current deal with Spurs runs to 2022, told the newspaper.
“At the moment, everything fits well for me here and I am happy. We have a fantastic team, a good coach and a professional training centre and we are getting a new stadium as well.”
Kane, Premier League Golden Boot winner for the last two seasons, has scored eight more league goals this season with Tottenham currently in fourth place.
Tottenham’s squad, with a young English core of Kane, Dele Alli, Eric Dier, Danny Rose, Harry Winks and Kieran Trippier, certainly appears to offer a sustainable future.

Promoting home-grown youngsters into the first team is a matter of pride for coach Mauricio Pochettino, who was equally impressive on that front while in charge at Southampton, but Kane’s rise is a particular source of pride for supporters.
The 24-year-old, who arrived at the club as an 11-year-old back in 2004, has also scored five times in the Champions League, with Tottenham having qualified for the knockout stage with two games to spare.
They travel to Borussia Dortmund next week with the Germans all but eliminated from the competition.
Philippe Coutinho has been urged to leave Liverpool by fellow Brazilians Thiago Silva and Ronaldinho, but to different locations.
Coutinho, 25, handed in a transfer request over the summer to try and force a move to Spanish giants Barcelona.
Liverpool held firm and refused any bids but he is expected to move on next summer.
And Ronaldinho has spoken positively about the prospect of his countryman moving to Catalonia.
“Of course the decision is Coutinho’s, but Barcelona would suit him,” said the Ballon d’Or winner in the Mirror.
“Talking about Philippe brings me a lot of happiness.
“He’s a player I admire. Seriously, it brings me joy watching him. I believe that Spanish football has everything that is attractive to him. It suits his style.
“Barcelona doesn’t have any particular attraction for Brazilian players. But if he – or anyone – is to succeed there, they must play with passion. And they have to be happy.
“Then it’s just down to the player’s own imagination as to whether they succeed.”
“I talk a lot with Coutinho. I hope that at the end of the season or even before, it could be a nice surprise for us,” Silva told Telefoot.
“I hope he will think well and that next year he will work with us.
“As with Neymar, I give him a lot of advice. But I think the most important thing for him is to make the best decision.”
The door is open for Neymar at Real Madrid, insists Dani Ceballos
Dani Ceballos has urged Paris Saint-Germain superstar Neymar to quit PSG for Real Madrid.
The midfielder has followed in the footsteps of his captain, Sergio Ramos, in saying that he would be welcome at the club, despite the Brazilian being a former player for bitter rivals Barcelona.
Neymar is reportedly not happy at PSG, in particular with manager Unai Emery, despite his £198million world record move from the Catalan giants over the summer.
Midfielder Ceballos has seized on the rumours and thinks he would fit in at Los Blancos.
“Madrid is where the best players should play and Neymar is among them,” he told Cadena Ser.
” I heard our captain said that he would be welcomed at the club and so I will to, you have to agree, I would open the door to him for a move to Madrid.”
Real manager Zinedine Zidane has also refused to rule out a move for the 25-year-old, though believes his squad is strong enough despite their poor start to La Liga, where they are eight points behind Barcelona in third.
He said: “Neymar is very good, for sure, but I know I have the best players here.
“We focus on the squad we have today, everything else we will see in the future.”

Nigerian team make history with PyeongChang qualification
History will be made at the 2018 PyeongChang Winter Olympics with the news that Nigeria have qualified their first ever athletes – the first ever African team to contest the bobsleigh.
Nigeria have secured a place at the Games for their women’s bobsleigh team of Seun Adigun, Ngozi Onwumere and Akuoma Omeoga.

“This is a huge milestone for sports in Nigeria,” Adigun told KweseESPN. “Nothing makes me prouder than to know that I can play a small role in creating opportunities for winter sports to take place in Nigeria.
“Our objective now is to be the best representation of Africa that the Winter Olympics have ever witnessed.”
No African country has ever won a medal at the Winter Games.
Adigun has prior Olympic experience having competed at the 100m hurdles in London 2012.
Her team launched a crowdfunding campaign to raise $75,000 to help fund their Olympic dream.
